PUDO

PUDO really outdone itself, i requested a parcel collection from Pretoria on Sunday evening and its now Wednesday 19:54 my parcel is still in Pretoria, everyday since Monday I have been getting the following update - parcel collection failed because parcel was not ready and that's just a lie because the parcel has been ready since Saturday and that no one went to collect the parcel or called the client. I am so dissapointed because the reason i used PUDO is that the parcel was needed ASAP. PUDO is no longer like before
