I've had a situation where the receiver provided me with the incorrect cellphone number with effect that the PIN was not received. I e-mailed Pudo @ 14:30 on a Friday afternoon and had little hope of receiving the PIN on the correct cellphone number before the weekend started. However, they responded promptly and I am impressed.
