Poor service

Day 9 and package still not delivered.I called and stayed on the phone for 10 minutes. I was promised that my parcel would be delivered at 16:30, yet I received a message later that same Friday that my package will be delivered Monday or I can go collect it my self at their office.no courtesy call.

My package was delivered to Thohoyandou on Tuesday, and since then I’ve been receiving the same email every day with no progress(Good day note that your parcel will go out for delivery on Monday or you can come and collect your parcel at our branch Phangami Mall shop 14 we open from 08:00-13;00)

Your service is very poor, and the communication is even worse.
