Poor handeling of packages

I want to log a complain about my package. I sent a package in a pudo locker from Mosselbay that arrived in Sasolburg broken and tore. My brother received the package and sent me a video of the state that the package is in. This is totally unacceptable, I wrote on the package fragile and even dubble bubble w****d the mug. This mug is broken into pieces and the package is tore and was open. The waybill number is PUDOP***. What solution can we come to because this is unacceptable and very bad service and makes me not want to use your service again. I am extremely disappointed.
