Poor customer service!

Very disappointing, PUDO advertise you can drop your parcel off 24/7. I got to the center where I had to drop my parcel and the center was locked up and I could not get access to the locker. As I am a returning customer I don't qualify for a refund, or locker extension. I expressed my disappointment to the agent on email, and never even received acknowledgement thereof. I guess PUDO have enough customers to not have to provide customer service.
