Pathetic Service from Pudo

I always loved this service. Now they are slacking, especially on Fridays. They "attempt" collections 2 minutes apart. Accorsing to the company I order from, they were not even there once, let alone twice. Today I ordered a package. I sent the e-mail to the company with the waybill number. The package was ready, but the waybill wasn't on it yet. They attempted collection 10minutes after I ordered the package. They can not expect the waybill to be stuck on yet! Now they refuse to try another collection before Monday. So, I will only receive the stock that I need tomorrow, on Tuesday. Pathetic service.
