Pathetic Service

It's true what they say, employees can make or break a business. For a parcel to be deposited on the 4th of January and be "stuck" in the locker until the 10th of January is just ridiculous and unbelievable. Send a Whatsapp only to get a bunch of nonsensical excuses. PUDO will not survive with this level of service and customer service.
