Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Received a pin to deposit my parcel at the locker just to find that there is already a parcel inside. Tried to phone the customer service number on the machine but to no avail. Was informed on WhatsApp to ask for refund. No personal interaction or apologies. Don't use this service. Heard a lot of bad things from this company and now I have experienced it. Terrible service.
