Pathetic poor service Pudo/ Courier Guy
Extremely poor and pathetic service from Pudo / Courier Guy. Parcel was deposited at a locker on 7/9/24 , up n till now the recipient has still not received his package. Support from Pudo has been giving us the run around with claims that the recipient is not available when they try to make contact in order to deliver his package at home. Now after more than a week still no package and financial loss , who's to blame?

17 Sept 2024, 10:42I must say , Pudo/ Courier Guy has come through with great and exceptional service at the end. After what I thought was a waste of time , emailing back and forth and that my client's package is lost , I received great news that the package was delivered safely at my client's doorstep early this morning, thank you Pudo/ Courier Guy!!
