Pathetic delivery experience

Hi recently had a item delivered to me via Pudo, I was highly disappointed to find when I opened the parcel that the item was removed from its original packaging and put into a shopping bag with a random slip and the item was damaged as the person who opened up my parcel had rubbed their dirty hands on the item I had ordered. I find this highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable going forward I will not be using Pudo.

Just to add when my sender spoke to the representative where he dropped the parcel off at they said they are not liable for any damages to the parcel.
