Pathetic customer service.no customer service
Pudo ,s customer service is pathetic,it's a struggle to get any support or assistance,by phone ,email, SMS,and there's no platform to put in complaints,regarding this issues,funds not refundable,this is *****ing,assistance with locker issues that you're company created,unfair,

06 May 2025, 12:50Pudo is the useless company ever,no customer service,and they Commit *****,don't make a mistake when you are using their services,they do not refund you no matter what,but if you're black and you're standing in front of the locker and you've made a mistake ,theyl help you free if charge,no complaint platform ,lockers aren't available due to courier guy using a general code to open all lockers to deposit packages from branches,staff at branches are so rude ,and slow,this new way of trade is not working ,packages takes too long to get to destinations and are damaged.remember no refunds .customers have consumer rights.youre company are rude *******
