Parcel send to wrong lockers

My parcel that was supposed to be send to Katlehong, Gauteng ended up being received by someone in Natal. The person that received it wrongfully was very nice to let me know and to send his contact details.

I have forwarded to pudo customer care on Friday and first they tell me it is picked up and on route which it wasn't and by Monday afternoon they still haven't made arrangements or gave me feedback on getting the parcel to my client.
