Not my parcel - Shipment being investigated....

I booked a collection - Received the incorrect package on my booking. Reported it - Send pictures / proof of everything and send parcel back with the courier.

"Area agent" phoned me to apologize and I asked just be refunded - R181.70, he said no problem. No we are 4 days later no refund.

Every response - Parcel is under investigation. Also have been holding on the telephone line for 10 minutes just to get cut off.
