No service

Worst service ever. I can't complain about the service because there is none. On the 6th of February I booked a locker. When I went to deposit the parcell it said Pin does not exist. After long discussions and constantly being transferred to another agent. I saw on my portal. A parcel was deposited in a different province with my pin. Till today I haven't received a credit or new deposit pin. Everytime i enquiry they just say that the ticket has been escalated. They have given me 4 ref nrs with no answers.
