No refund for a error before parcell was dropped off

I am very disapointed with their service. For a first timer to use their services i accidently type in the wrong information by swopping around the pick up point and collect point. before my parcel was dropped in the box. I waited untill 8 am fhat morning to get help by phoning them and the lady said we must cancell that waybill no and i must deposit another amount again and go to another pick up point to drop my parcell off which i did and was told they will credit the wrong waybill. After many telephone and email conversations i was told after a week their will be no credit.
