No accountability

Pudo By the Courier Guy is loosing my TRUST.

Item removed from parcel while in transit- complaint logged ref ***6 - The Courier Guy only responded the could not see tampering. ( note I have cctv proof parcel contained product when I shipped).

A second parcel also had product removed - i fid not even bother to logg a complaint . ( Seriously thought about opening a police case)

Parcels being placed in lockers different from the ones instructed by booking Eg I booked 2 different parcels to locker Sasol Tsantsabane - The Courier guy placed it in Sibilo Shopping Centre without concent. Both my clients went to the locker as per our agreement - Sasol Tsantsabane - frustratingly the pins to retrieve the parcels did not work and then realized they had to drive out to a different location.

This is not acceptable. When I made a mistake by booking to a kiosk instead of locker I had to pay a whole new booking fee ( the parcel was barely retrieved from the locker I placed it in - meaning the courier guy only retrieved the parcel - there was no further movement.

Now I expect the same level of accountability! Own up to the poor service and theft. Resolve the problems
