Make you waste time.

I've been using pudo for a while & now & then they have issues, but this time they don't even warn you or anything, had to send an urgent parcel out today, which I get everything ready, get to the locker & code error, call them up & the excuse it the whole system country wide is down, if they knew this, why not send a message, saying system is down, you can't collect or deposit parcels, except, we all driving our petrol out to the lockers & all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience. I want my petrol money back, cause now I must waste 2 trips to deposit & I'm losing on a sale. Most likely miss the deposit time as well & they will make more excuses.
