Lockers not working and POOR customer service recently - still waiting for refund

I was a huge fan of PUDO, their customer service support was brilliant. But in recent days there has been constant issues with lockers not working or opening when you enter the pin. This happened to me THRICE already. As a result you have to rebook the locker, missing shipping deadlines and waste money!!

They say you can “request a refund” but it’s been 2 weeks they say they want to “check the cameras” and I’m still waiting for my money back or a response - they can check the cameras, the issue is genuinely with their system and the time they take to resolve an issue that’s not the customers fault is ridiculous!!
