From bad to worse

Week after week Pudo gets progressively worse , they have gone from a company I loved to work with to loathing them . Paid for a locker to door parcel and only god knows where it is over 10 days ago. I sell mushroom grow kits and the stock will have died by the time my clients get it . I hope Pudo is going to refund me for my stock and courier fees. Been on hold for close on 10min now while they try to locate the package . Why not phone your clients back ? Phone yesterday to have it sorted out and I'm back on the phone today. The guy I spoke to now seems to have no clue what's happening . The package somehow cannot be found after 2 days .
