First Pudo .... Dismal Fail compared to the smoother PAXI ness of Paxi

This was my 1st time using Pudo My experience is as follows Trying to contact them with a query. Pathetic. The so called chat bot facility they have is no good. Kept telling me to repeat my query. I emailed them ...got an unhelpful reply the next day. There is no way to contact them per cell number. So at least make the only other way to reach pudo accessible and able to reply properly Secondly. Finding a drop off zone on pudo map was a disaster Took forever In short my 1st Pudo experience was hateful Ps how can you expect customers to pay for their boxes or bags
