Dropping a parcel at any locker

We appreciate you making decisions that will benefit us as your customers. However this drop the parcel any where without knowing whether there is space is a waste of customers time and petrol.

Yesterday l went to drop a parcel only to find that the lockers were full. I had to drive to another locker searching for an empty space. As a customer it's better to know whether there is space or not rather than waisting petrol and time looking for a locker with a space. Please reconsider this decision, its going to frustrate many of us.
