DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.

Trying to escalate a problem is a night;mare. A parcel arrived at it's destination in shocking state, looked like it had deliberately been slashed open and contents damaged. And all you get is oh sorry it must have happened in transport, please read the T & C's. SO IN ESSENCE YOU ARE GIVING THE DRIVERS CARTE BLANCHE TO DO WHAT THEY LIKE TO THE PARCELS WITH ZERO REPERCUSSIONS?????? You need to seriously change your T & C's and they need to be held accountable
