Disappointing support help from Pudo

I always had a good experience with Pudo, till this day I booked a locker and chose wrong size, then chose a bigger locker and it also didn’t fit…So you only get 2 chances to deposit. I then drove to they office in Belville but she couldn’t help and said I should call support..Which I did and they informed me that I’ll need to buy a new locker, even tho I had many hours left to deposit that parcel. So had to buy new locker…Very disappointing money making ****.
