Disappointing me once again

Absolutely terrible. My previous order they lost and a week after the incident they said they would refund me but the same day they found my parcel again. Now their system went down for maintenance and I was prompted to use a browser for a booking. I made two bookings, one was deposited and never heard anything further and the other order (the more important one) they never even bothered to pitch to collect the parcel, so I would advise to NEVER use their useless services
