Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience from Pudo. My parcel got deposited in the wrong location and I have been waiting for them to rectify this mistake for over a week. There’s no communication from them at all I’m the one who keeps having to through the useless WhatsApp line to ask what is going on.

Pudo was very efficient before, now I don’t know what is happening with them. There has been a lot of complaints recently they need to sort out their problems before they start losing customers
