Devoid of any care

A ceramic dragon that had been through numerous house moves over the years was smashed into 3 pieces even though the package was in 4 x layered bubble wrap and gift paper and a solid box. So it is to assume that packages are being thrown around, man handled, stood on or dropped just for the fun of it. It's moss not theirs so why should we care. Oh but there is a clause. If you are shipping glass expect it to be damaged!!
