Deposit Pin expired prematurely

I booked a locker on 13 September 2024 19:42. My pin was expiring on 15 September 07:42 as per the sms' and what i received immediately after booking a locker.

Then i went to deposit on 15 September 07:20. I couldn't because the error message indicated that pin doesn't exist. I immediately contacted Pudo via WhatsApp. Unfortunately there's no assistance there. Then yesterday i managed to talk to someone via email. On further enquiry i was informed that my pin expired 15 September 2024 06:01. I was adviced to make another booking.

My question is why did my pin expire prematurely and why are the agents not using their heads and just calculate 36hrs because im being told that the time is correct
