Customer Service can be Ungraceful, but Deliveries are Okay

They are good, but there needs to be more options. If you accidentally book the wrong locker, they don't give you time to cancel or change it and there is no leniency. One time I booked a locker and was five minutes late to drop off the item due to two hours of traffic after a road accident - even though the courier had not come to pick up items from the locker yet. They refused to refund me and were extremely rude to me even when I was only five minutes late to my booking expiry time. I have been a loyal customer and user of Pudo and it was the first mistake I made yet they did not give me any sort of grace. That day I lost two work day's worth of lunch money. This experience was very disappointing.
