Courier guy/ pudo damaging parcels

Very bad service!!! I received a message saying that I can collect my parcel at the Courier guy branch. Upon arrival My package was torn apart and empty. I said I won’t take that. After two weeks I received a photo of my parcel in the first depot. In a perfect state , after that they can’t provide photo’s but it was clearly damaged between there and the branch where we are. After 3 weeks I got a notification I can collect my stuff. It was in a very bad state. I said I want a refund. I got an automated response saying it’s my own responsibility.

Their words “damages to parcels happens.”

Very bad customer service! And not taking any ownership of their mistakes!!
