Parcel out for delivery Tuesday 24th Desember parcel returned to Hub due to issues at locker. Parcel delivered Friday 27 Desember. Went to the locker to collect pin does not work. Phoned agent confirmed locker is online. But could not resolve my issue. This morning I am being told that the locker is offline. I am standing at the locker and there is no indication that the locker is offline. Surely they must be able to override so that I can get my parcel. My sister in Fish Hoek are expecting the same problem with her parcel.
