BROKEN SYSTEM

Really frustrated with this system. It used to work and now it doesn't. Cannot make a booking on the desktop portal as it no longer allows you to choose a locker that isn't in JHB. The Mobile App is also dysfunctional as it doesn't pull through bookings timeously and the 'Unit/Complex/Building' field at the bottom of the addresses page overtypes and doesn't actually store this information. As a result, very time consuming, unreliable and I would rather use another service as this stage. The problems have been going on too long.
