Bad service PUDO

Pudo is really been making it so hard to try send out orders to my clients. With their system update that failed and sending parcels to incorrect addresses claiming that it is the senders fault where the app just automatically fills in the address after the correct address was typed in. Now I can't load funds on the app and my work is standing still. If you try to communicate with them it's the best message you will get " how did your chat go" as if they will do anything if you said "BAD" REALLY disappointed in their service Save yourself the headache and rather use normal courier
