Bad service

I booked my locker on the 1st January 2025 in the morning and my friend put the parcel the same day but I was not notified. I tracked my parcel (PUDOP***) on the 2nd and saw that it will be delivered on Friday - 3rd cause the pin was provided.

Friday evening when I checked my email, there was a message telling me that the parcel was taken to Protea glen to be delivered instead of Benoni. Monday the 6th I received a call from courier guy and was asked if I received my parcel, then told that I only wrote Benoni not Vlakfontein hence my parcel is delayed. Plus my order will only be delivered on Tuesday the 7th.

When I told the consultation that I'm going to report them for bad service then my parcel was delivered that evening around 17:00
