Avoid them - excessive price increase

Probably the worst company ever. Going from a very good product and service to the worst in a few short months. The app does not work properly. The website is also not working correctly. Tried to login to my account. There is a problem and the web developers are working on the problem This has been the same problem since June. Rates have gone from R60 for a XL package in June to R100 in Sep to now R139 for the same package. I have never come across such a massive increase in any product. Utterly disgusted. You struggle to speak to a human as everything is "BOT" related and it can only help with the listed problems. No option to assist with any other issues.
