PUDLO SA - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY

I bought tiles from this company over a month ago and to date have not received my full order despite numerous emails and whatsapps. POOR customer service and HUGE CONFUSION amongst the staff and their excuse is always that they are too busy on the floor.
