Publishing World SA - Is it a ****?

On 20/10/2016 I signed a contract with PWSA and paid R21,850-00 for them to take my novel m****cript thought the full process of editing, printing, launch and marketing. Now, after 18 months, they seem to have disappeared, communication (which was poor from the start) have long since stopped and all I have to show is a concept front and back cover page (with 2 spelling/grammar mistakes). I can't even get hold of them to simply terminate the contract, accept my loss and run with my m****cript. It must be reasonable to accept that they were a **** from day one and have since gone underground and/or bankrupt.
