One star is too much

I'm an aspiring new author and after I wrote my first book, I was looking for publishers. Publishing World SA was quick to respond to my call. After they charged me R24 450 it's been an uphill from there. Once everything was done, after much struggle, I was informed that the marketing side of the book, which was stated that Publishing World SA would handle, has been moved or taken over by Media House Group or BooksAfrica or both. I thought my experience with Publishing World SA could not get any worst. I was wrong. Media House Group and BooksAfrica are appalling! A simple answer for an update is too much to expect from them. This project started on 5 September 2016 and, my book is still nowhere to be seen. I will not recommend these organizations to any author.
