No service

Thet have published my child's book. It cost me almost R30 000. Their part of the contract was the selling of the book. It was printed with a lot of errors in it. They never answers my e mails and their telephone is constantly just ringing. One year later no report has been received on what they have done and not one cent has been received back. Im starting to think it was a **** and that they have ****** my money.
