Is Publishing World SA a ****

It seems like I have been ****med by Mr Pieter from Publishing World SA. I payed him R20 000 to have my book printed and distributed into the stores, as it was already edited. The last time I heard from him was in 12 -02 2018. Saying that he relocated offices to Kimberley. The contact details have not been given to me yet. If anyone can assist me with this I would be grateful.
