Super shocking service

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I was absolutely shocked and discussed on the service we received from Publicity. We decided to do the night out for two. We arrived at Publicity at 6:15pm and had to wait for a table until 7:30pm. This I understand as we did not pre book. The shocking part is that after ordering starters and mains at 7:30, at 9:30pm we still did not get our food. We spoke to Marius the manager - SHOCKING MANAGER! He just does not care. We eventually left without eating at 10pm! No food, no movie. So much for a night for two. R200.00 down the drain with a super disappointing experience!!!
