Pathetic service

<p>We went for lunch at the restaurant and our waiter Justin took our drinks order and starter orders. We were not asked how we would like our calamari to be cooked. After 20minutes of no sign of Justin we asked for a different waiter. The manager informed us that the starter had been on the pass for a while. We were served cold calamari, crumbed not grilled and the sauce had even formed a skin. We are appalled at the level of service that we received especially because the restaurant was not full. </p>
