Pathetic,Poor horrible service

<p> We were a 3 couples deciding to give them a try.It took about 30 minutes after we ordered our drinks for it to arrive.We order starters and after a good 45 min we received same.We never had such poor snails in our life.We ordered mains at the same time seeing that the starters took so long.After a hour and a half we decided to call it the night as our food still did not arrive.We asked Steven the waiter to call his manager we spoke to Dumi who said he will be with us shortly.Another manager by the name of Monica came to our table we requested the bill.No appoligize no regrets nothing from management Dumi never even came back to us.After telling Monica that she does not know how to deal with customers or complaints she still only stood there without any actions taken to rectify the matter.We will never go back there again and will also spread the word to our friends and family.</p>
