Bad attitude norm for publicity

<p>The manager on duty 10/09/2016 had such a bad attitude towards my son and his friends. His normal use of talking contained the word "FU@king" every second time. To make this even worse he called my son's friend a "P@ES" to his face. The poor bouncer did not even understand whats up with this dude. And if that was not enough he stuck his fingers in their drinks. My son of age with his ID then demanded his money back for the drinks he paid for - the so called "MANAGER" with a very unprofessional manner dealing with customers replaced it.</p>
