Awesome Customer Care at its best

<p> </p> <p>I was at Publicity Silverstar Casino last night. I frequent there a lot because their food is awesome quality.</p> <p>The place was packed due to the casino promotions and my order got lost in the system after an hour of waiting. The Manager on duty Bekezela was straight up honest. No stories or excuses - just plain sorry that they messed up. I advised that I am diabetic and that I was tipping on convulsions if I didn’t eat soon. He made sure that I was seen to immediately afterwards and yes the food was the same good quality that I always experience. </p> <p>Two things to commend the team last night here. Firstly the honesty which I truly appreciated. And secondly the consistency of the quality even though they were busy.</p> <p>I might as well do the review I missed late last year. I was fasting and my Lady and I went there and i asked if they will do a veg burger for me. The response from the waiter was "no we don’t but please let me call the chef for you. The chef (Ahmed or Khan I think it was) personally came up to me to find out my flavour profile and he advised that they do not use much veggies but he will assist. He borrowed a few ingredients from other restaurants and made one of the best veggie burgers i ever tasted. How many people will do that for just one customer?</p> <p>Well done Publicity Team.
