WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YET

My fiance and I decided to eat out at Publicity Bar and Grill on Valentines Day and it was probably the worst experience. We waited 45 minutes to just get some acknowledgment and menus and then an additional 30 minutes for our drinks, we had no service whatsoever and had to constantly get up to find the waiter in order for us to order or receive any kind of assistance. We ordered our food and 20 minutes later we got told our waiter forgot to order at the kitchen and he is going now to sort it out finally after 2 hours and 45 Minutes we finally received our food and I didn't even get what I ordered and my steak was as hard as nails. I will never go back to this place as it is the worst customer service I had ever experienced.
