Poor Customer service Publicity Bar &Grill, Silverstar Casino

This review is to warn customers of Publicity Bar & Grill at Silverstar Casino, that they may be double charged if using credit cards. On 18 December my husband and I had refreshments at this establishment. The waitress said our transaction did not go through because she had run out of paper. She went away and came back with paper in the machine and put the transaction through again. After leaving twe noted that the transaction came through twice and we went back to inform the restaurant. The supervisor Thabiso, said he would tell his Manager and would email us back by close of business. We have called on numerous occasions and been promised by Thabiso that he would revert asap. It is more than a month...still no word. To go back costs R10 each time....just not worth the hassle. Be warned, service atrocious, food extremely expensive and customer feedback and service non-existent. For this you could pay double. We would never go back.
