Non existing service and zero customer value.

Really really bad and pathetic service at Silverstar Casino. Went there on 30 Dec 2018 @ 9:00. Not very busy. Seated ourselves, no problem with that. But... We waited about 20 minutes for a waiter. Eventually forced to fetched one from inside. Ordered 3 very simple drinks. Again... waited about 20 minutes. Realising that we will not get service we got up and left. So we enjoyed nice food and beverage at a different venue that was interested in customer service. Funny thing... I did some digging and found a lot of negative reviews on Facebook and other social media's and most people complain about the same issue. Seems like there is absolutely no ambition to rectify this issue. My friends and I just had to agree to never attempt to support this *********** business again.
