Terrible service at Kgwerano

I have a serious problem with Kgwerano. They do not want to fix my vehicle and when i ask them, i am being told that my vehicle is out of warranty. they did authorise for AA to come and tore the vehicle but now they do not want to pay for the fixing of the car. i have spoken to Mr Edward and Mr Calvin but none of them is telling me what exactly happened for other things to be authorised. now i am stuck in Limpopo and my vehicle is not yet fixed because Kgwerano does not want to pay for the vehicle. I need Kgwerano to pay for the maintenance of the car and stop telling lies.
