PP protecting Ramaphosa's friend Engen & Phembani!

In 2015 we reported *******ION about Engen involving The DTI's SANAS under Thuli Madonsela. JaneD and JulietR ignored our ***** complaint. We tried again in 2022 under Kholeka Gcaleka and the same thing Lucky Plam rejected to investigate this ***** saying we should have complained in 2015... WHICH WE HAD DONE! It seems Engen Oil SA being linked to President Cyril Ramaphosa via Phembani group gets preferential treatment from the Public Protector!
