Gafsa Garson a, disabled mother with a rare disease athat was that was a public servant and was treated unjust by gepf. Completed a second review appeal form by the public protector. I submitted all my proof how the public protector was contacted by gpaa Mr August as well as Mrs lazurus the head of hr by gsh the first time when I submitted a complaint the first time by the public protectors and lost the case. I lodge a second review appeal and find that the public protectors does not have the best interest at heart of their complainants. Their poor service delivery are unacceptable and *******ion must be stopped. I Gafsa Garson feels it is unacceptable with the following statement when I ask feedback regarding my review appeal (We will revert soon but wish to inform you the demand outstrip by far our resources. That notwithstanding we will do our best to attend to your matter and revert.) how can the public protector claim that they don't have the the resources. It just shows that public protectors don't have the best interest at heart of his clients I find it a utter disgrace how complainants are treated. There poor service delivery must be addressed. Gafsa Garson that has been treated unjust by gepf and the public protectors the first time will surely lodge a official complaint by the humanrights commissioner and united nations human rights commissioner if I get a second time a negative outcome by the public protectors and if they take the part of the gepf again. As a ex public servant and a disabled mother my human rights and disability rights have been infringed by the south African government and as well as the public protectors. I have been without a disability grant for months and I refused that my review appeal by the public protectors investigation be declined or have a negative outcome. I refused that my human rights and disability rights being infringed by the public protectors . The public protectors must decide who do they represent and get the nessary resources to attend to my case. It is almost 3 months and I haven't got a outcome yet which let's me wonder what is their turn around time is for investigations.
